Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tend, an app made by Matiworks (“Matiworks”, “we”). By creating an account or using Tend, you agree to them.
Using Tend
You must be at least 18 to use Tend. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content you and your household members add. Don’t use Tend for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the service or other people.
Your content
Your household’s content is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, sync, and display it to the members you invite, so the app can work. We don’t claim ownership of it and we don’t sell it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Households and invites
Tend is shared. When you invite someone to your household, they can see and change the household’s shared content. Invite only people you trust.
Availability
Tend is currently in private testing and provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
Subscriptions
Tend is free to start. Paid plans, if offered, will be described at the point of purchase, billed per household, and governed by the terms of the store or payment provider you buy through.
Ending use
You can stop using Tend and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Matiworks is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Tend.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
